- Method: Aeropress, standard orientation, paper filter (rinsed)
- Grind: 1Zpresso K-Ultra, 60 clicks / dial position 6.0 (mid of 1Z’s 50–70 Aeropress range)
- Dose / Water / Ratio: 14g / 230g / 1:16.4
- Temp / Time: 96°C — bloom 50g + 30s, pour to 230g, stir 3x, steep to 1:30, press ~30s (total ~2:00)
- Water: city tap → Brita Elite
